William's early success began representing financial institutions in the sale of bank-owned properties, and was responsible for managing, listing and closing hundreds of REO properties in Manhattan, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Over the years, he has worked closely with land developers and builders, marketing and selling new construction, building a strong network of contacts. Deeply committed to the community he serves; Bill has been instrumental in numerous civic organizations and activities. As a Past President of Rotary Club of the Moriches, Bill assisted in providing humanitarian services to the local community and devoted his time to Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, a special needs camp. For thirteen years he helped run the Land and Sea Sports Club, a non-profit charitable organization that he cofounded to provide recreational and therapeutic sports programs for children on the autism spectrum.
