JP Forbes is one of New Yorks most accomplished and respected New Development Sales Directors. He began his career in 2004, working under Louise Sunshine and the Sunshine Group and from there went on to be responsible for over $1.5 Billion dollars in sales. JP is known for effectively leveraging his knowledge of market comps, current trends and market analysis to effectively sell at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. The luxury condominiums he has marketed include: The Wales Condominium – 1295 Madison Ave., 135 East 79th Street, The Mark Hotel, The Woolworth Building, Arcadia - 408 E. 79th St., 1010 Park Avenue, 110 Central Park South, The Harsen House – 120 W. 72nd St., The Laurel – 400 E. 67th St., The Kent – 200 E. 95th t., 70 Charlton St. and Manhattan House – 200 E. 66th St. JP was raised in Oak Park, IL – home of Frank Lloyd Wright, and there, his love of architecture was born. Shortly after graduating from The University of Wisconsin-Madison he moved to New York. JP currently resides on the Upper East Side with his wife, Samantha Kleier - also in real estate - and their two children who attend the Horace Mann.
