Lisa Iulo (pictured on right) grew up in upstate New York and graduated from Ithaca College in 1987 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. She worked for many years on the marketing side of the book publishing industry for companies such as Bantam and Avon Books. In 1999 Lisa was ready for a challenge and took her career in a different direction. Graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2002, she went on to become a transactional real estate attorney in Manhattan, serving clients throughout the five boroughs, Westchester and Long Island.
Lisa's extensive experience includes representing purchasers and sellers of coops, condos, residential homes, vacant land and commercial properties. In addition, she has represented banks and has been the attorney for several cooperative buildings in Queens and Manhattan. She has written Cooperative and Condominium Plans and has negotiated commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. Lisa had been spending so much time on the East End that she made it her permanent home in 2007. In 2009 Lisa teamed up with her mother Barbara Weinman. Together they formed the Weinman Team in 2016, bringing Sales Associate Tahlia Miller on board. Together they possess excellent knowledge of the Hamptons Real Estate Market.
