Instead, the appeal of the Hamptons lured him back home. As such, Bill decided to pass on the metropolitan lifestyle and return to Southampton to build a career in real estate. This move afforded him the unique opportunity to leverage his extensive education, vast knowledge of the local communities, and distinguished family heritage.
