He is a member of Corcoran Group's elite multi-million dollar sales group, and has served as Southampton's representative to Corcoran Group's Agent Advisory Council. His main focus is on buyers. Rik works extensively with end users, investors, builders and developers. His knowledge and assessment of Hampton market values and investment potential is second to none. Although focusing on buyers, Rik also is a consummate listing agent. His ability to devote more hours to the marketing effort of a single property than agents with numerous listings keeps his selling skills in demand.
