As a native to the area, Letticia has extensive knowledge of the south shore and eastern Long Island. Currently residing in East Moriches, Letticia enjoys the Long Island culture, from the beaches to the wineries. However, nothing brings her more joy than helping her clients find homes they love and getting the best return on their properties.
Letticia obtained her real estate license in 2009. Prior to that, she worked in healthcare and additionally, as a bookkeeper for a high-end local construction firm. Her experience, lends to the well-rounded skills that benefit her clients and bring them the best results.
Letticia is highly adept at coordinating schedules, managing multiple parties, negotiating deals and diffusing situations. Her confidence and ability to resolve conflicts allows her to capably guide buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions. “I go over and above to ensure that my clients are happy with their results. My commitment is to exceed their expectations, their requirements, anticipate their needs and guide them through the process with confidence, ease and integrity." She has strong knowledge and influence throughout the east end to facilitate sales in all areas.
Letticia is the proud mom of four amazing children. However, she loves most spending time with her two grandchildren. She has been an active member of the MYO, a local youth organization, for over 40 years and is dedicated to giving back to her community.
