Kalen joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty after successfully running her own Real Estate company, Ponquogue Point Properties Inc. in Hampton Bays for many years. Having grown up in Hampton Bays and spent her life on the East End, Kalen brings extensive knowledge of Hamptons Real Estate, local connections, and an impressive resume of property sales.
Over her career, Kalen has held many positions on the Long Island Board of Realtors including Board Director, Vice President East End Liaison on the Executive Board, and Hamptons Chapter President. Currently, Kalen serves as secretary for the Hamptons Real Estate Association as well as a director for the New York State Association of Realtors, a committee member with the National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Housing Foundation for NYSAR. Kalen was also just elected to the board for the Long Island Board of Realtors for 2023 and 2024.
Some additional accolades Kalen has received are Top 20 Under 40 by the Long Island Board of Realtors in 2015, 2019 Chair and 2018 Vice Chair of Housing Opportunities for NYSAR, 2012 Homefinder.com Agent Makeover winner, and was selected as a Power Woman of The East End by Dan’s Papers in September 2022. Kalen is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a recipient of the C2EX Certificate of Excellence through the National Association of Realtors.
Kalen also serves on many committees including the Realtors Political Action Committee, NYSAR Communications, Marketing and Technology, Article 12, 2020 NAR Board of Directors, and serves on the 2021 NAR Idea Exchange Council for Brokers. In 2023 Kalen will serve as the YPN Co-Chair for the NYSAR.
This extensive list of volunteer involvement has helped Kalen grow her expertise in real estate rules, regulations, and the industry as a whole. With over 22 years in the business, Kalen leads the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Hamptons office with honesty, integrity, and a passion to give her agents, customers, and clients the best service possible.
