A native of Long Island, Laura was born and raised on the North Shore. She entered the world of real estate over 20 years ago with a career as a paralegal for a real estate attorney. From there, she developed a tremendous knowledge of the industry and a passion to sell real estate. In 2006, she obtained her real estate license and joined Kerrigan Country Realty in Westhampton Beach. Shortly after, she became a resident of Westhampton Beach. Since then, Laura has become fully immersed in the local community and established an even deeper connection to the East End. Her 14 years as Village Clerk for the Village of Westhampton Dunes has given her an intimate knowledge of waterfront properties and the local agencies that govern them.
With an extensive history of selling Dune Road properties, Laura specializes in the luxury and waterfront properties in Westhampton, Westhampton Beach, West Hampton Dunes, Quogue and East Quogue.
Laura enjoys bringing all the pieces of the puzzle together to find the right fit, the perfect match between seller, property and buyer. She thoroughly researches properties to find the perfect home for her customers and enjoys the personal interaction and relationships she makes along the way.
Laura is a Licensed Associate Broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors, as well as a certified Resort Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).
Based in Saunders’ Westhampton Beach office, Laura is knowledgeable of the broader Hamptons marketplace and has found properties for customers as far out as Montauk. “Whether I am working with a buyer, seller or renter,” Laura says, “I am dedicated to fulfilling my client’s needs.
