Dawn Bodenchak

Frank and Dawn Bodenchak are involved in 20-25 deals per year, making them perhaps the most active Hamptons agent team. They pride themselves on knowledge, experience, honesty, marketing, work ethic...and on getting the best results possible.

They don't just transact, they advise.  And have done so on nearly nearly a half billion dollars of real estate deals...and on over 200 transactions.  With tremendous experience in investing, land zoning, building design, and marketing, the Bodenchaks add unique value to each and every transaction.

Frank and Dawn both hold MBAs in Finance and were highly successful individuals on Wall Street before segueing into real estate 15 years ago. Frank was the youngest Managing Director ever in Morgan Stanley's equity division and a #1 Wall Street Stock Picker for many years. Dawn worked in sales and investment banking for 14 years.  Tyler Goldich, also an MBA, rounds out their team with 4 years experience in real estate sales and 3 as a Wall Street analyst.

Frank and Dawn maintain an wide network of Wall Street, Hamptons and NYC clients. They are active members of the Hamptons community, raising money and awareness for Hamptons United, Southampton Hospital, CMEE and the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreational Center.
