A licensed realtor since 2005, Ann arrived in the real estate industry with 12 prior years of sales and marketing experience garnered on Wall Street with a Fortune 500 financial institution. In her role as a Vice President within the Consumer Bank of Chase Manhattan Bank, Ann successfully implemented financial services, marketing and sales programs. Ann holds a BA in communications from Canisius College and an MA in corporate and public communications from Seton Hall University. Pairing her business acumen and foundation in web-based and corporate communications, Ann provides home sellers a sophisticated marketing approach.
Ann's geographic area of expertise extends from the Hamptons to Washington, DC. As a past and present resident of these locations, Ann maintains her licensing and affiliation with Sotheby's International Realty offices in Bridgehampton NY, MD and DC, ideal for clients considering relocation to and from these highly desirable markets. A native of Buffalo, NY, Ann has also been at home in Manhattan and New Jersey, while spending summers in East Hampton for the past 20 years. Ann and her husband have two college-age daughters and a friendly dog named Carter.
Ann is an active volunteer with historic preservation at the forefront. For the past 20 years she has shared her communications and PR expertise with the King Urban Life Center, formerly known as St Mary of Sorrow’s Church and located in her hometown of Buffalo NY. One of many historic preservation projects her father was associated with, the King Urban Life Center was designated the first Charter School in Western NY and today hosts innovative education programs for its local community.
Ann is also an avid runner, having completed the NYC Marathon and several half-marathons. She is also a Certified Spinning Instructor.
