An earlier career in the fashion world brought her to the capitals of Europe. In France, she was a Fashion Model and studied and mastered the art of classic French cuisine, a talent that was not lost on those who dined at the popular restaurant she later opened just outside of her hometown of Pittsburgh and sold successfully. Maryanne received a degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from FIT, Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City and a Political Science and International Studies degree from California University of Pennsylvania.
She believes in what she sells and has real estate investment properties in Southampton, New York City and Palm Beach. Maryanne has first- hand experience to advise in sells and purchases and to help landlords and tenants for smooth rental transactions.
