Colleen Graning brings honesty, integrity and professionalism to her work and to her clients. Having been with Douglas Elliman for 10 years in the past, followed by 2 years with Compass, Colleen returned to Douglass Elliman where her experience has allowed her to build a thriving business as she works with both buyers and sellers to make their dreams a reality. Launching into real estate in 2003, Colleen rapidly advanced to becoming the Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker PP where she operated 4 offices in the Hamptons. During her time with Coldwell, Colleen was recognized in Hamptons Magazines Top 25 Power Brokers of the Hamptons.
As an Associate Broker wearing many hats, Colleen goes above and beyond for clients as she gotten involved in the design, project management and staging of multiple homes built for investment. With 20+ years in the business and a certification as a negotiation specialist, Colleen is able to use her experience and knowledge of the market and area to help buyers and sellers, understanding it is important to have a broker who is skilled at navigating the many aspects and challenges that may arise in the process.
Colleen prides herself in being both ethical and honest. Clients working with Colleen can be confident knowing she sees things through from start to finish with a meticulous eye for detail. Currently residing in Westhampton Beach with her husband and four children, she has been a part of the community for 25+ years.
