Demi Reichart

Though Manhattan born, Demi Reichart has enjoyed East Hampton life since childhood, having spent every summer at her family's vacation home until age 10 when she became a permanent mainstay. Since then, Demi has spent the last 35-plus years forging an involved community presence, raising a wonderful family, and building great business and personal relationships.

Along with her husband Randy, a native and lifelong resident of East Hampton with family roots that go back generations, Demi made her mark in the area as co-owner of Hampton Auto Collision, which has been successfully in business for 25 years. She also worked in the Marina and Cottages at East Hampton Point, and has served as Innkeeper 1770 House since 2002 where she feels privileged to meet and interact with many wonderful people from all over the world.

With quality service Demi's credo, she believes helping someone fulfill their real estate needs-whether a local neighbor, foreign investor, or high-profile celebrity- is among the most rewarding of feelings. She treats everyone, no matter what their needs, with utmost respect, honesty and courtesy, and extends a commitment to the loyalty, attention and results they deserve. Demi also takes pride in her knowledge of history, inventory and offerings of the East Hampton and surrounding markets.

Outside of work, Demi is an avid equestrian who rides her own horse, a passion she shares with her daughters Lindsay and Devon.
