Pat first came to the Hamptons in the ‘80s full time from a textile career in New York and when she moved here full-time, Pat channeled the marketing, design and negotiating skills she acquired in her successful career in the garment center into her passion for the real estate market. Now, she works with all kinds of clients helping put together the pieces of their unique puzzles, whether that means downsizing or upsizing, buying or selling, for everyone from Hamptons locals to household names from all walks of life. She consistently places in the elite group of the top Agents in the Hamptons as well as being respected for her ethics by her peers in the real estate community.
Pat takes pride in the relationships she forms with her clients, many who have become repeat customers and friends. She has other interests too; she loves her tranquil reserve view home in Southampton.
She likes to design, exercise and garden; she also paints the beautiful Hamptons countryside when she has a second. But real estate is her passion. “I like to do the things I’m good at,” she says. “And fortunately, I am good at this.”
