For over a decade Traci has enjoyed a successful career selling homes from Amagansett to Southampton, helping buyers, sellers and investors find the right property, whether they are looking to find a retreat to enhance their lives, or an opportunity to maximize their return-on-investment.
Traci’s sales accomplishments include Corcoran’s Multimillion-Dollar Club membership from 2007 through 2018, a ranking in the Top 2% of NRT agents nationwide, and consistent “top producer” status. This success is based on her incredibly detailed knowledge of real estate both north and south of the highway, her capacity to understand her client’s needs, and her ability to creatively make deals happen. What Traci finds most meaningful and rewarding is the consistent repeat business and referrals she receives from her loyal clients.
With family roots in the Hamptons, Traci spent her summers growing up out East, and was drawn back to the area after working in television and film production, theater, and product management in Los Angeles. Among her most notable roles in Hollywood was as the executive producer for the Emmy award-winning documentary Amargosa, which was also and a finalist for an Academy Award nomination.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Traci earned a BFA in Theater and Art from Adelphi University. She currently lives in Sag Harbor, practices yoga, meditation, and enjoys boating and kayaking. Traci regularly engages in philanthropic pursuits and encourages charitable giving.
