Working out of the Southampton office, Holly Hodder manages a selection of East End listings, individually and collaboratively, that includes rentals and sales of fine homes. She works tirelessly in these vibrant and ever-changing markets, making constant use of multi-channel communication systems to provide customers and clients with top-tier service. Holly came to Hamptons real estate 12 years ago after more than 20 years in New York City's book publishing industry. A scholar and graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Holly brings expertise accrued from the frontlines of sales, marketing, and content creation to the East End real estate processes. She understands that clients and customers are savvy, knowledgeable, and articulate per their needs and desires. She is an expert communicator, taking care to listen and process, whether live, online, mobile, or in print. As important, Holly takes pride in her organizational, research, presentation, strategic, and negotiation skills, especially as they apply to the creation of long-term relationships.
