Vincent Horcasitas

A 25-year Hamptons resident and a licensed real estate professional for 20 of these years, Vincent has been consistently ranked among the top 100 brokers in the US by The Wall Street Journal for the past five years. With a stellar record of success in assisting home buyers, sellers and builders to achieve their real estate objectives throughout the Hamptons, Vince is ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents in the US by The Wall Street Journal, rated #56 by transaction volume for 2016. At the beginning of 2019, he has just shy of $198 Million in exclusive listings on the market and in contract. During his career in real estate Vince has thus far sold over $2 billion worth of property, over $150 million in 2016 and more than $100 million in 2015 alone. Prior to joining Saunders, he was Prudential Douglas Elliman's top producer for Long Island for five years. 

Vince is a market-making trendsetter who makes creative use of focused online advertising, marketing and customer outreach strategies. He works tirelessly for his clients and customers and is always available to them. He is honest and educates his clients about the market and how to invest their money wisely. Vince attended California State University at Long Beach on a tennis scholarship, and enjoyed a successful career as a player on the European circuit. A former tennis pro at the East Hampton Indoor Tennis Club, Vince continues to play at every opportunity. He believes that the discipline required by the sport sharpens his business and negotiating skills.
