John Christopher

Boasting close to 20 years in the business, John Christopher was a 2015/2016 Hamptons top producer, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report, and a top 1% NRT producer in 2018 who has a proven track record of success. John's professionalism, integrity, know-how and commitment are hallmark features of the way he conducts his real estate practice.

John specializes in waterfront properties and, as a former member of the Sag Harbor Village Harbor committee, he has considerable knowledge of the rules and regulations that pertain to waterfront parcels.

Each Thursday at 5:30pm (with an encore every Sunday at 5:30 pm) from Memorial Day through Thanksgiving, John hosts a real estate program on Peconic Public Radio, WPPB 88.3FM, which is the only NPR radio station on Long Island. "Realife" focuses on the people, places and things that are the heartbeat and pulse of the East End. John's guests have included John Halsey, Peconic Land Trust, legendary TV personality, Dick Cavett, as well as Nature Conservatory Executive Director, Nancy Kelley. Also a member of Dan's Papers' "Roundtable of Real Estate Experts", John regularly contributes to the "Behind the Hedges" section of the magazine.

John's prior real estate experience includes long stints at other top East End real estate companies where he received numerous sales awards.
