Marcy Braun’s commitment to finding the perfect home for each of her clients is the driving force that has led to her outstanding success in real estate. She invests the time to become familiar with properties both currently on, and coming to the market in order to give her clients the widest range of options. She has an innate ability to find her clients the perfect home that both meets their needs and fulfills their dreams.
After establishing her career in real estate in the 1980’s and being considered a “power broker” due to her exceptional representation of both buyers and sellers, she has continued to grow her tremendous referral network and client base, becoming a top agent. She found this success in living the motto ‘how we do anything is how we do everything.’
Marcy fell in love with the culture of the Hamptons, and when Nest Seekers expanded to the Hamptons in 2011, she joined them and has since been consistently ranked among top Hamptons brokers. Her move to Douglas Elliman and partnering with Kyle Rosko, to form the Braun Rosko Team, has allowed her to expand her ability to meet her client’s needs through the firm’s international presence, outstanding marketing resources and expansive referral network in luxury markets.
Marcy is currently developing properties for personal use and investment, and this experience advances her ability to assist her clients. She intimately understands the impact of the decision to buy or sell a home – “its life changing” she adds.
Marcy’s connection to the community is a constant motivation in her career and in her life. “If I had to explain what I love most about the Hamptons I think it would be the beauty of my surroundings and how this beauty is integrated into my work and my day.”
Marcy sits on the board of Supplies for Success, an organization which prepares fully stocked backpacks to children in need throughout Long Island and New York City.
